Where can i get a Scene/Emo haircut?

Ok so i have like no idea where i can get a scene/emo haircut done i dont need color done just the cut. I want a professional to do my hair not one of my friends cause if i dont like it i dont want to be mad at them. so have any ideas? Please no rude or inappropriate answers. Thank you :)
