Harley night rod maintenance?

i hav ean 06 harley night rod and its up for the 1st maintenance.. i called and they want around 300 to do it and im handy with a wrench allways fix my own cars and bikes just havent touched the rod im wandering if they will do somthing besides just change my oil and check fluids if not i think im waisting my hard earned cash can any1 give me some insite on what i should do or what they will do for that much money?
