Can you have rhinoplasty at age 16 in london?

ive been wanting to have rhinoplasty for over 5 years now, i have a large hook-shaped nose, so my profile view is fine but on the side my face, the bump on my nose is really bad. ive suffered from a lack of confidence because of it, ive been teased for having this shape nose since i started high school...i cant walk down the streets without covering the sides of my face with my hair or wearing sunglasses to cover the bump...and im sick and tired of doing this... so i want to know if its possible to have rhinoplasty..i was thinking of going to harley medical place...also how much would it approximately be for rhinoplasty in the harley medical place? thanks
