I am only 5 ft tall, what motorcycle would fit my size?

My step father has been waiting for years for me to get my license so I could ride with him. He just passed away this January so it doesn't look like that will be happening. However, in honor of him, I still want to get my license, and his Harley is just a few inches too big for me (he was a short man himself). I am pretty open to all types of motorcycles, I have my permit and I ride dirt bikes, but I want to know if there is a motorcycle that would be good for my small size, or if I would have to lower one? Please do not comment about the dangers of motorcycles, I am very well aware already. Ty. No scooters please.
