Help with leather jacket?

There are little yellow and white spots on a black Harley Davidson leather jacket I have from the 80's. I barely wore it and it still looks great but the spots are bothering me. They look like paint and Im sure its not fading because I can see the black leather under them. Is it mold? I tried water and water/alcohol, but they're not coming off. What do I do?
