Harley Davidson or Victory Motorcycles? Which one is better?

I like the look of crusiers but I don't want one. For the past 20 years all I've heard and read of is Harleys poor quality finnish on just about everything. Rusty bolts and screws after a very short time, corrosion underneath the laquer on alloy crankcases. Don't get sucked into the H-D bull. So I would go for Victory on that basis alone.
